Police reports 6/20/24: Three arrested on drug charges in Perrysburg (3)

PERRYSBURG — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported Wednesday that three had been arrested on drug-related charges following the execution of a search warrant.

Naomi T. Lindgren, 45, of Perrysburg, and Amir D. Banks, 23, of Buffalo, were each charged at 11:30 p.m. June 12 with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A-II felony; two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony; and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor. In addition, Elyse A. Logan, 36, of Perrysburg, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force at a residence on Gun Parker Drive, during which deputies said they discovered an unspecified quantity of crack cocaine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.

Lindgren and Banks were remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings. Logan was released with an appearance ticket.

The Olean Police Department Street Crimes Unit and the Cattaraugus County Special Response Team assisted in the investigation.

Olean Police

  • Tuesday, 5:38 p.m., Carlos J. Ruiz, 27, of 412 School St., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony; third-degree assault and acting in a manner injurious to a child, class A misdemeanors; third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. The charges stem from a reported fight. Ruiz was held pending arraignment.
  • Tuesday, 11:57 p.m., Audra L. Divittorio, 33, of 429 N. Ninth St., was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic with intent to sell, a class B felony; and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic, a class C felony. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant, during which Divittorio was allegedly found to possess 10 grams of cocaine. Divittorio was held pending arraignment.

Salamanca Police

  • Monday, no time provided, Vidal Rosario, 29, of Buffalo, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and exhaust violation, an infraction. The charges stem from a traffic stop. Rosario was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Monday, no time provided, Patrick A. Hathaway, 25, of Salamanca, was arrested on an active bench warrant. Hathaway was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail.

Wellsville Police

  • Monday, no time provided, Eugene R. Murphy, 59, of Wellsville, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of cannabis and endangering the welfare of a child, class A misdemeanors. The charges stem from an incident reported May 5 on Madison Street. Murphy was released with an appearance ticket.

Cuba police

  • Tuesday, 7:03 p.m., Gerald H.E. Schultz, 29, of Cuba, was charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony; third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child, class A misdemeanors. The charges stem from a reported domestic incident. Schultz was remanded to Allegany County Jail and held without bail.

Alfred Police

  • June 10, no time provided, Adam H. Brewer, 22, of Hornell, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony. Brewer was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Friday, 11:15 a.m., Brett J. Phillips, 36, of Alfred, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing, class A misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation. The charges stem from a reported domestic incident. Phillips was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Saturday, 11:30 a.m., Tara L. Wilcox, 35, of Painted Post, was charged with resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, class A misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct, a violation. The charges stem from an incident reported at Dollar General. Wilcox was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Monday, 9 a.m., Javon K. Simon, 25, of Brooklyn, was charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony; fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass, class A misdemeanors. The charges stem from the investigation of a reported break-in on South Main Street. Simon was remanded to Allegany County Jail and held in lieu of $7,500 cash bail.
  • Tuesday, 2 p.m., Jose W. Miranda, 20, of Alfred Station, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. Miranda was released with an appearance ticket.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

  • EAST OTTO — Jerry A. Dayrymple, 56, of Arcade, was charged at 9:17 p.m. June 10 with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, unclassified misdemeanors; driving on roadways laned for traffic and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, infractions. The charges stem from a reported motor vehicle accident. Dayrymple was released with an appearance ticket.
  • BUFFALO — Marni V. Jones, 20, of Buffalo, was arrested at 1 p.m. Monday at the Erie County Holding Center on a bench warrant issued out of Conewango Town Court. Jones was released with an appearance ticket.
  • ALLEGANY — Michael J. Cunha, 32, of Olean, was charged at 6:57 p.m. Monday with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, a class E felony; refusal to take breath test, a class A misdemeanor; speeding, plate violation and inadequate muffler, infractions. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Interstate 86. Cunha was released with an appearance ticket.
  • LITTLE VALLEY — Gary M. Crispin, 44, of South Dayton, was charged at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from a reported domestic incident. Crispin was released with an appearance ticket.

New York State Police

  • CARROLLTON — A two-vehicle accident was reported at 12:30 p.m. Monday on Route 219 near Irving Mills Road. Ty Lee Brown, 19, of Tionesta, Pa., and William Eugene Wedge, 26, of Limestone, were identified as the drivers. One injury was reported.
  • SCIO — Nicholas A. Tuttle, 31, of Friendship, was charged at 2:25 p.m. Monday with third-degree auto stripping and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, class A misdemeanors. The charges stem from an incident reported April 16. Tuttle was released with an appearance ticket.
  • CANASERAGA — Nicholas H. Fox, 36, of Canaseraga, was charged at 2:45 p.m. Monday with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, class A misdemeanors. Fox was released with an appearance ticket.
  • ALLEGANY — Ashleigh L. Boser, 37, of Olean, was charged at 5:34 p.m. Monday with resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor. Boser was released with an appearance ticket.
  • ALLEGANY — Desirea A. Wienke, 34, of Olean, was charged at 6 p.m. Monday with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Wienke was released with an appearance ticket.
  • MACHIAS — Eric C. Lerner, 39, of Machias, was charged at 8:34 p.m. Monday with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Lerner was released with an appearance ticket.
  • MACHIAS — A two-vehicle accident was reported at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday on Route 16 near Lakeview Boulevard. Harold D. Clark., 86, of Great Valley, and Joy R. Burch, 70, of Machias, were identified as the drivers. Two injuries were reported.
  • ANDOVER — Donald S. Remillard, 30, of Andover, was charged at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, a class D felony, and possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child, a class E felony. The charges stem from an incident reported Dec. 19, 2023. Remillard was released with an appearance ticket.
  • FRIENDSHIP — Ivory L. Robinson, 44, of New York, was charged at 1:26 p.m. Tuesday with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Robinson’s status was not reported.
  • OLEAN — Donald L. Jimerson, 52, of Olean, was charged at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of aggravated family offense, class E felonies; second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, class A misdemeanors. The charges stem from incidents reported in Olean and Farmersville. Jimerson was reported held.
  • YORKSHIRE — Cody J. Slomba, 31, of Springville, was charged at 7:31 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor. Slomba was released with an appearance ticket.
