@ZiplyFiber we tried to use our just-in-case home phone today for the first time in months and were greeted with “your service has been suspended.” No emails or notifications at all, still being billed full price, my account looks fine online. How is that possible?
wafflz (@wafflehawk) reported
@ZiplyFiber for the win....perfect timing for the internet to go down. Right before the ******* game.

@VaderEats @ZiplyFiber @Xfinity I have them too and they’re trash. My internet gets slow at the same time every evening 😠 Going without internet for that long is unacceptable nowadays! I have to file unemployment claims every week so I’d be pissed. Ask for a discount!
jazminallover (@JJazminsauer) reported
.@ZiplyFiber is just as awful as the company it bought. terrible customer service, changing your pricing of your bill without any indication as to why, and doesn’t even work half the time. I wish we had decent internet in the valley so bad!!

@AskZiplyFiber It appears your phone tree is broken. @ZiplyFiber
Jason Bowman (@bowman05) reported
@ZiplyFiber @AskZiplyFiber So - we had Ziply “reprogram” our modem for “faster service” and a “lower price”. What actually happened was that they managed to shut down our modem, and now it’s down until we get a technician to come. Next week. This is the second time in a few months this has happened.

@ZiplyFiber @AskZiplyFiber Can you guys recommend a router that will work with my bonded DSL?I'm not sure what the problem is with my internet but maybe a better router will fix it I just don't know what kind. Thanks
Sean Eric fa*gan (@kithrup) reported
We moved here 2 years ago, and got Frontier fibre. Now it's @ZiplyFiber. I just discovered that we were upsold to 200mbits/sec, but the ISP-provided router maxes out at 100mbis/sec. I talked with customer service, and shockingly, nobody offered us a credit or fix for this.

@ZiplyFiber I moved in October. I cancelled service in October. You keep charging me. I keep disputing the charge. How long are you going to keep this up? Is this how you treat people during a pandemic?

@ZiplyFiber We have 3mb, getting less than 1mb. Your tech support hangs up on me every time I call.
